Which platforms does the Radiance VR App support?

At the moment, the Radiance VR App only works for Oculus Quest and Quest 2. We are currently working on expanding the app to other platforms like HTC Vive.

How do I create an account?

You can register for your free account here.

How many headsets can I connect with my account?

The Radiance VR App offers VR art experiences for personal use, so you can only connect one headset at the time. That said, you can change the headsets quickly and easily.

You can find instructions on how to do that here. If you would like to showcase a VR artwork at an event or an exhibition, please contact us directly here.

Is my account free?

Yes, your account is free. We offer free VR experiences, such as demos or short programs, as well as paid content in the form of full VR artworks.

How do I purchase an artwork?

Artwork can be purchased via PayPal. There will be a button that directs you to Paypal to make your payment.

For how long can I watch the VR artworks I purchased?

Once you have started to watch the video that you have purchased, you can watch and rewatch it as often as you like for 48 hours.

How do I receive an invoice?

You will be redirected to PayPal for any purchases made in our app. PayPal will provide you with a receipt for your payment. If you need an invoice, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How do I get the Radiance VR app on my Quest?

To get the Radiance VR App on your Quest, you should download our app here (.apk-file) and download the program SideQuest here. You must install SideQuest (installation manual here) and then add the Radiance VR App via Sidequest (manual here).

Where do I find the Radiance App on my Quest?

To find the Radiance VR App on your Quest, you need to click on the menu button in your app menu and then select Unknown Sources from the drop-down menu in the upper right hand corner.

How do I connect the Radiance App on the Quest with my account?

Once you open the Radiance VR App on your Quest, an Authentication Code will appear. Go to “devices” in your account and enter the code there. Once you have added the headset to your devices, you go back to the Radiance VR App in your headset and click CONFIRM.

Why isn’t the video loading?

To watch the videos, a stable and good internet connection (50 Mbits) is required. Please make sure to check your internet connection and select “No HQ” quality for a smooth streaming.

Why is the video stuttering, buffering or randomly stopping?

Please check your internet connection and select “No HQ” quality. If the problem still persists after several days, please contact us.

Why isn't the video starting at the beginning?

When you start the video for the first time, it will start from the beginning. When you close and reopen the video, , it will start playing at the point where you left off.

I am a university teacher and would like to showcase some of the Radiance VR art experiences during my classes. How can I do that?
